Do prices include VAT?
Yes. Every price on the site includes 15% VAT, and there is no travel surcharge inside the cities we serve. What you see is what you pay.
How can I pay?
Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, bank transfer, or cash when the job is finished. If you prefer to pay in advance, the dispatcher sends a payment link over WhatsApp.
What if I am not happy with the result?
Tell us within 24 hours of the visit and point out what fell short — we come back and re-clean it at no extra cost.
