Hourly cleaning
How many hours do I need?
A 2-hour visit suits a studio, a small apartment, or a fast pre-guest tidy. A 4-hour visit fits a 2–3 bedroom apartment including kitchen and bathrooms, and is the most-booked weekly option. Homes of 4–5 rooms with 3–4 bathrooms fit the two-cleaner package: a pair finishes in 4 to 5 hours instead of the full day one cleaner would need. The dispatcher helps you estimate on the call.
Can I request the same cleaner each time?
Yes, and we recommend it for recurring visits. Tell the dispatcher the name when booking and we assign her subject to availability.
Is there a discount for a monthly plan?
Yes. The monthly plan is four visits of four hours each, and it comes two ways: SAR 549 a month labour only — less than booking the four visits separately, with the supplies and equipment coming from you — or SAR 749 a month with us bringing the equipment to every visit. Need more visits, or longer ones? Ask the dispatcher and we will put a plan together.
Do you send only female cleaners?
We have both female and male crews. State your preference when booking and we honour it, out of respect for household privacy.
